Who we are
DBAN LLC (“DBAN”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in the United States. We build consumer brands and sell products through third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical data:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message.
- Email: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
Orders placed on marketplaces
When you buy a DBAN product on Amazon or another marketplace, that marketplace processes your order, payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information the marketplace shares with sellers to fulfil and support your order, and we use it only for that purpose and as the marketplace's rules allow.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To support customers with product questions, returns and warranty issues.
- To work with suppliers and business partners.
- To keep this website secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. If we add analytics or other tools in future, we will update this policy first.
Sharing information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website host and email provider), with marketplaces where needed to support an order, or when the law requires it. Each provider may use the information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, normally no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email admin@dbanllc.business. We will confirm your identity before acting and reply within the time the law requires.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
